I was so happy to work with a professional person, who listened to me. I had mention to other roofing companies that the insurance would adjust the payment if needed. The problem was the adjuster would not answer or call you back. I explained how and gave a phone, I said you would have to ask for a supervisor. I mention this to all of them who wanted to try. I only know of one who tried and gave up because the adjuster would not call back. Thanks to Scott Rasmussen who not only listened to me, but he was also successful in speaking with a supervisor. This took time and effort on his part. I was so grateful for the extra funds he was able to receive. This made a world of difference especially to me. His team came in at 6:30 am and was gone and finished by 2 pm the same day. They also cleaned up behind themself and left my yard as beautiful as it was before they started. I would highly recommend New Image Homes to everyone. Their customer service was AMAZING!!!!

We first encountered New Image Homes, when they came out for a repair of our RV canopy due to wind damage claim. They were one of the only contractors that would come out to bid in our little town of Queen Valley, AZ. Great job! So we decided to have them also give us a bid for our home reroof job.
